The crew in the field was outstanding - prompt, courteous, great communication. The only reason I didn’t rate the entire experience as five stars is that I was a little shocked at the cost - and that’s on me. I should have asked for more information before I booked the service. The crew was here for exactly one hour and the labor charge was $650. Melby is up front on their website that there is a minimum charge of $450 for them to show up. It’s altogether reasonable for the provider of a trade service to have a minimum charge to put a team in the field. Trucks and equipment don’t buy themselves. However, I’m still a bit shell shocked that the $450 doesn’t cover more of the cost of service.
